Wow. So after you have his huge team with a ton of production you get 110% contracts. Lol

There’s a guy online that works for them claiming you can get 120% just on personal production it doesn’t appear anywhere on there compensation schedule.
It’s absolutely one thing if you know the marketplace and accept where you work but most people are clueless and working in that environment!

Good luck with that. My understanding is that they haven’t paid out actual equity bonuses since last August...
They now apply the bonuses to “debt” owed by each manager/agent, such as downline lead debt.
