Has any group health/welfare insurance agents heard of the ERISA Wrap Document? The Wrap Document is required under ERISA law which is overseen by the Department of Labor. Failing to comply can be costly for employers - $110 per day fines, benefit lawsuits, and DOL Audits. I think it would be a great value add to educate small employers on ERISA compliance, and find a quick and easy solution for this need. Any feedback?
