Established Ohio Health Agent Expanding to P&C Seeking Carrier Appointments and Training

Hello,

I have an established group health agency in Cleveland Ohio. I recently got licensed to sell P&C and already realize that most P&C carriers will not appoint new agents. I am looking for either an alliance that will not charge me upfront money or a P&C agency that will align with me, train me, in exchange for a proportion of the commissions. Any ideas?
