has anyone else looked into USPS.com/Everydoordirectmail???

They do oversized postcards on preset carrier routes for only .16 cents a piece. I am targeting home owners so I will waste about 300 postcards since its per carrier route but at least I can try and target routes with fewer apartment complexes.

Where do you get your postcards designed and printed?

I use vista print, but expect a 1% return. There is better ways to market in my opinion.

You can go to several outlets for your postcards however may I suggest you get bulk mail set up through your local pat office you can than target a broader area.
