Does anyone use a specific template on Excel to track clients/prospects?
I used to. Not anymore.
My advice, use a real CRM (I like Zoho - others may chime in - or search CRM in the search bar and see the discussions).
Excel is for number crunching not for data-basing.
You could use Access--if you wanted to make your life miserable. Find a CRM you like.
Which are some of the more common/popular CRM programs?
Separate names with a comma.
