Excellent blue collar di plan?

Does anyone want to share their ideas on what would be the best DI plan for
a blue collar business owner?
Scenario: 45 year old male-autobody repair-overall good health-
Have heard Guardian, Union Central may be good but would like to know from experienced agents what they think underwriting will do for autobodypeople? Would own occupation be available from any carriers? Thanks

I usually write Illinois Mutual or Assurity for those. 2A occ class, priced as a 3A with business owner upgrade (most seem to qualify, but there are criteria to meet).
