Experience with Zywave ?

First time, long time. Does anyone have any experience with Zywave? Are there any alternatives/comparisons? Our agency has spoken to one of the reps and we would have one producer utilizing it. Seems to be a pricey but great tool. Also, the (3) year commitment seems questionable. Thanks

I used the Zywave employee benefits software back in the day during the Obama care fiasco. Content was great for educating existing clients on the reform/compliance, that's about it though. As far as getting new clients it was basically a fancy email blast. Wasn't worth the price, found it was underutilized.

Maybe someone could chime in on the quoting/back office aspect?
