we have been using ezlyx management system and rater for almost 2 years now.
This new feature called retention center is something we have heard a lot of positive experiences on.
How ever since looking into this paid feature the sales guy seems to be taking us for a ride.
I have heard multiple offers by other agencies , here is ours and I would like to know what anyone else has been offered.
$1000 just to sign up for the retention center feature.
we have 10 users and it HAS TO BE paid per account , even if only two users need the feature so thats another $500/month.
What have other agencies been told when trying to sign up?
