Why would you want him to leave? We finally have someone who's figured out how to write 250k a yr. After lead cost, lower commissions, and the inevitable chargebacks inherent in manic team building (and the lost time spinning wheels), he might bring home $60,000. That's almost TWICE as much as you can make at Primerica! So lets show some respect everyone. This man has certainly paid his dues in the life insurance world.
