My family member signed up for a MA plan when she turned 65 is now 70 and has kidney trouble and on dialisis, is there any way to buy a Med Sup now?

Only if the carrier she has the MA with stops offering the plan she has, then she could get Guarantee Issue. In Illinois, BCBS is Guaranteed Issue, no health questions...not sure about Missouri.

Depending on the part of MO she is in, Bcbs of KC offers GI plans that are expensive (300-350/mo) but in her case, she would get more than she gives.
