Does anyone have the details of the Farmers agency owner model? I'm not looking for qualifications to be eligible, but more the details once you open your doors.
1. How much and what commission split, etc do they pay their producers?
2. What bonuses do they cut their agents in on? Profit share? Growth?
3. Do the sub-producers have any ownership of the agency owner book?
4. Any other info anyone has
