Farmers - PA - Homeowner's Insurance

Does anybody know of any holes in their homeowner's policies? ACV roof? Huricane Deductibles that over-ride standard policy deductibles? ACV on detached structures? Low ALE limits?

Do they offer sinkhole? Anybody know water backup limits? does their water backup read like a flood policy such as state farms?

Need some competitive intel

Allstate was doing 2% on hurricanes in the Philly area last year and probably still are.

Only carrier I've seen do sinkhole is Erie. We also have a farmer rider for homes that do incidental farming.

Most dec pages I come across, if they have water backup, it's for 5k and has policy level deductible on it.

Most other structures are replacement cost or excluded from the policy if they are in bad condition.
