What am I doing wrong?

Everytime I click on the Lead jerk I get the picture of him on the screen but nothing else shows or plays. Any Ideas on what I should be doing?

Paul, scroll down on the screen when you go to the website, everything is right there. There are currently 3 youtube vids posted on the site.
