I would go Settlers and add 100k in ADB rider to the tab. It's a no brainer and very hard to beat the combo.

what about drug and alcohol treatment? i am sure that was part of the DUI resolution.Won't that kick him out of Settlers?

Does RNA ask about DUIs? As long as it was the court that suggested treatment, and not a dr, I think they would be good to go.

Involved and "recommended by a physician" are two different things, right?

any treatment will require an assessment and Dr recommendation. I worked in the field for 16 years, unless things have changed in the last 20 years, maybe, but probably not. I would not want a claim to hang on a "no" answer to this question
