Sorry folks, I am new and this may sound so novice-like but here goes. I am entertaining the chance to hook up with an agency who will provide my leads, no withholding for chargebacks in the FE arena. What kind of commission offer should I expect that would be decent? I have sold pre-need for about 7months now and have had decent success, so I am not a complete newby. Can someone give me some ideas of the questions to ask? And what would be a fair commission %? If more info is needed, ask away...

What do you mean by "no withholding for chargebacks"? What state are you in?

This means the agency holds a percentage back into an escrow account in case of chargebacks, anywhere from 10-20%. ...and sorry, then Some agents never get it back.
