I did a quick board search and didn't find an answer.

I've had Filipino telemarketers all year. Am I able to deduct their salary?

Why wouldn’t it be deductible? Sounds like a legitimate expense on your Schedule C.

You absolutely deduct the expenses, we send all "contractors" outside the United States a W-8BEN form if they are not legally required to file taxes in the United States.
