I have an association which is in agreement for me to offer final expense insurance to their membership
1. need application through mail or online
2. simplified issue
3. mostly midwest

Graded death benefit ok with very simplified application.


Anyone have any suggestions for carriers. I have already checked out Presidential (face to face only) Lafayette Life, GTL and National Guardian (actually Settlers).

Any direction appreciated.
