You might want to try Progressive, but I'm not sure if they allow telecommuting. I know they sell from a call center though.

Go to Linkedin and search on Call Centers groups. You'll find everything under the sun there.

Careerbuilder, monster, craigslist all provide hourly flat rate opportunities as well. Linkedin is the preferred choice in my opinion, craigslist being my least favorite.
