First Command Financial Services???anyone Heard of Them?

I'm looking at going it alone soon. I have 2 years experience with State Farm and I'm tired of not getting residuals and I am tired of really low commissions (I get 5% on most everything and that is only the first policy period). has anyone heard of First Command? Any positives or negatives?
