First Day Coverage for Sleep Apnea

I am trying to replace a Colonial Penn policy on a client who uses oxygen for sleep apnea. It appears Americo and Monumental are both no go 's for first day coverage. Female tob, 54; no other known issues. Any suggestion? Thanks.
