Flood Waivers

The best advice I ever got was to get flood insurance waivers on every property . It has boxes that indicate what they are rejecting:
Building & Contents
Contents
Excess

They have saved my rear with all the upset phone calls over the last week.

^love it. Any of the people try to suggest they 'thought they had it' or 'always said they wanted it' and then you threw that form in their face.

I feel for people who undervalue insurance & face losses like this...but I have no mercy against those quick to blame the agency.

Blaming the agent is the theme around here. It is mostly from blue collar & lower social economical class. The white collar are mostly taking responsibility for their choices, even if they are not happy w/ their choice.

There has been a lot of blame down here. Already heard of lawyers trying to get in on the E&O claims.
