Hey all,
I am a newly licensed PC wanna be agent in Miami. I have teamed up with a mortgage broker with a database of 3000 customers to market to and about 20 new home loans a month that I can cross-sell to.
How do I, where do I, get appointed so I can write some business? Should I hook up with a broker? Should I hire someone for a few months until I get enough of a book to strike out on my "own"? I also have my 215.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
