Florida Individual Health Insurance Leads

I have done some research on various lead companies and hope some of you can give me some input. From reading various threads it seems I need a company that has a great return policy for bogus leads as well as a pause feature, to control when the leads come in to my pipeline. So far it seems like ASAP quotes and Leads4agents fit the bill. This is only for Florida individual health insurance. I want to make my money go as far as possible and have been told to try live leads. Any suggestions or advice in this area from all of you who have been doing this a while would be greatly appreciated.

ASAP Quotes has been well discussed in this Forum...I would suggest a search.

My understanding is that Leads4Agents in no longer in business as a lead provider...
