Anyone know a legit firm that admins the FMLA that does not sell employee benefits?

FMLA is how you classify the leave they are taking. I know the software many companies use keep track of it.

The need for an outside firm to administer another company's FMLA is not really needed. What kind of administration are you looking for?

FMLA is an employer law, so the employer will need to be aware of the law and it's impact. If there are changes to that law, the employer will need to be informed of that/those changes and to adjust. But to administer, unless the group is very large, with many people taking FMLA, there is just not any administration.

Here is the format for the Employer Response to an Employee's Request For FMLA:

Either is, I believe acceptable.

The EBSA (Employee Benefit Security Administration) is the DOL Agency responsible for FMLA and does a pretty good job answering questions.
