Forged Signature on Insurance Company Contract

Has anyone had their signature forged as Agent? If so, any luck with DOI or even the Insurance Company that is involved in the forgery?

If you can prove it's a forgery then the contract wouldn't be valid and that should be the end of it.

I had my Humana contract somehow change to another up line this past summer. I never signed anything and Humana said it was changed by me but they see this thing happen all the time. Umm that's nuts. You're telling me contracts just get moved around at will and no one cares? I'm direct with Humana. Wouldn't they be stealing from you?
