Forum Advanced Search function is funky

I can usually do a search just fine, but after clicking for more threads, or jumping around in the results, I get an error message. Then I can't redo the search and continue to get the error message.

We are aware of the issue and we are trying to fix an issue where search feature conflicts with one of the forum addons.

I was looking for something else and noticed this thread.

Any progress on fixing search issues, or is that still in the works?

The thread search function sucks on the new forum, usually breaks after the first page of results - if you get any results at all. I use search operators on google now like, "filetype:pdf site:www.insurance-forums.com" or "intitle:scripts site:www.insurance-forums.com" as examples...

Yes, that "break" after the first page of results is what I experience when I try to find older posts.

After seeing Val's comment above I am left with some hope that it may eventually get repaired to work better.
