Frame Row in NY

Recently my mortgage referrals has been sending me frame row risks and i am getting stumped by another agent on their pricing. I don’t know what markets will write this competitively in downstate new york and i want to preserve my relationship with my referral source. Anyone have any markets for frame row houses?

No idea, I decided that I will take a pass on them today..I really can't figure them out as they don't even have a quote back for me yet to compare.
