I have used them, or tried. In the city where I live, you have a minimal download limit. If I remember correctly, it's about 50 records at a time. On the consumer side, you can't search for birthdays. So, if you are mailing to T65, as I do, this will not work.

Reference USA is one of the best. all you need is Library membership id and you are done.
