Free leads? or not?

Are people giving away free medicare supplement leads or is it a spam? I havent gotten a response on a different thread cause the link got blocked. I just want a serious insight.

They are usually just lists of people turning 65, or some people who inquired about a MA plan or something. Any free lead is worth exactly what you paid for it, unless it's a lead you got for free for yourself-by prospecting or referals.
