Front End Carrier Company who Can Issue Policy

I have a Captive arrangement for Auto Insurance and now I am trying to identify Fronting Insurance Carriers who can help us in issuing auto insurance policy for comprehensive and collision insurance card.

Any referral to small insurance fronts who might be interested, would be highly appreciated.

What is front end insurance? Like you only insure the front of the car?

They insure full car. Fronting companies are regulated by state to issue the insurance cards
