PI is M,59, NT surgery was 18 months ago
no complications
no prescriptions (was taken off metformin)
weight loss 150 lbs (from 350)
monitored monthly for yr. every 3 mo. since 1 yr.

Add half her weight back for the quote. Then it depends on the diabetes history. Pru is a good choice on build. I would give her a range of Std to T2. They are going to look at his weight stability.

Depends on the procedure (gastric sleeve, Roux-en-Y, etc) also the Metformin may not have anything to do with diabetes. For hardcore weight loss like this they use it to facilitate and make sure you lose it safely.

That's better, sometimes though carriers want to see two years out irrespective of the procedure but at worst you get a rating and reconsideration in a year.
