I heard that today. Dave Angstadt the former head of sales is setting up a national GA paying 75/5 on Genworth product? Anyone hear anything about that.

nearly all of the former genworth g.a's are setting up "national" agencies.

Those guys were mostly from other career agencies. They're mostly captured agent mentality sales managers. Doesn't sound promising.

Insurance companies have multiple commission levels. It is up to the agent to sign the contractual commission level that the agent feels is a fair market value.

IMO = Insurance Marketing Organization. The people you contract under. In this case you said national GA.
