Can't do life changes through my web broker portal. Needed to add 16 YO to parents' policy 8/1/15.
Phone to Marketplace. TIL, as they say, that the only question to answer for the child losing CHIP (not aging out) is "did you lose Medicaid in the last 90 days". Do not say losing coverage in next 60 days, or lost coverage, or has coverage now. Several rep mistakes in, found someone who knew the way to work it.
