Getting Dwelling Rebuild Amounts for Homes and Businesses

What does everyone use? When I was with a captive to do home quotes we used the 360 program to generate rebuilding costs for dwelling. Now that I'm an independent is there something that can pretty much show you generating the number for the dwelling rebuild cost or how else does everyone do it?

Nobody has anything? I checked a couple sites and different just trying to see if there are more efficient ways.

Several of my carriers have something built in or link to another site for the rebuild amounts I will use theirs since its free to use even if I write the policy elsewhere. I also have some small co-op carriers that require you to use the old fashioned paper replacement cost estimator forms that they provide. Once you get the hang of using the forms its very simple and again its free, so I use them all the time.

Most that I deal with use different versions of MSB or e2Value 360. Ironically, none of them ever come up with the same amount.
