Hello everyone. This might seem like a stupid question but here it goes

I am licensed in NY and my Corporation is licensed in NY as well. I would like to apply in New Jersey. Do I have to apply for non resident NJ Indviduals license first then the Corporation? or could I just apply for the corporation non resident license if the corporation is licensed in home state?

Also same question for Florida. Thank you.

The way I understand it, the individual must always be licensed before an agency can. There needs to be a "licensed responsible person" for the agency.

The nice thing about applying via NIPR, if you do things "out of order" the application just goes to "pending" and they let you know what needs to be done.
