One of the first steps would be to present yourself in a confident, professional manner. Learning proper grammar, sentence structure, and spelling would be a great start toward that goal.

Have you found any Clints yet? They probably are hard to find. I can only think of a couple of Clints...Clint Eastwood and Clint Howard(Ron's little brother).
