GI Med Supps in Massachusetts

Just recently started marketing in MA and have never done business in a GI state. Can insurance companies ask health questions under any circumstance? Are they allowed to adjust premiums based on age/health condition? Or does GI mean no health questions ever.

In Massachusetts, there are no questions ever. You can pick up a med supp at any time (as long as you don't have a Medicare Advantage plan in force).
