After M&M and your story, it seems that there may be more to GR than meets the eye.

I've has excellent claims experience with them.

Don't get me wrong, I've had other issues...they pulled the biggest customer service atrocity I have even seen in the business - but claims has been OK.

Don't get me wrong, I've had other issues...they pulled the biggest customer service atrocity I have even seen in the business - but claims has been OK.

Well, its good to get other agents experiences with carriers. They had been last on my list, mainly, because I didn't care for the plan designs, nor did my clients, when presented with other options.

I looked at GR as a carrier that you had to sell to the client, and haven't had enough experience with them, other than to fill an order.
