Good Landlord policy for Indiana

I have a rental property and I need a good landlord policy.

Currently have the policy through Allstate which raised there rates about 40% on me.

I am a health insurance broker so if you know of any carrier that is competitive in residential landlord field in Indiana please send me a PM
