Just received and e-mail from Great Western explaining how their new system is going to make it easier for agents.
"You will no longer need to provide your agent number before speaking with an Agent Services representative."
Now all you need to give them is the last four of your social security number and your five-digit zip code.
Am I missing something here? It is easier for my to give out the last 4 of my social (the one number that I should not give out) plus my 5 digit zip rather than providing out my 5 digit agent number?
