Group Changing Section 125 and Voluntary Carriers

Can a group cancel all voluntary worksite products (including pre-tax products) and the groups section 125 mid year if they are switching to a new voluntary worksite carrier who is putting a section 125 in place?

Can a group cancel all voluntary worksite products (including pre-tax products) and the groups section 125 mid year if they are switching to a new voluntary worksite carrier who is putting a section 125 in place?

My old boss at Combined Worksite told me it can be done under certain circumstances, but I don't know the specifics.
