Guidance for Selling Annuities

Hi,

I've been wanting to offer financial products for my clients and have been thinking about annuities. Does anyone have a guide or some references on getting started with doing so?

Or, possibly any suggestions off hand? Not sure if I'll need any additional licensing or not.
