Has Any One Heard/worked with 1st. Quality Insurance Group?

Hello everyone. I just joined the forum this morning. I am in Illinois, I already have my Life, 6 and 63 licenses and will be getting P&C licenses soon. I have no experience selling insurance, though, I have a good record as a sales agent / customer service from the Real Estate and Banking industries. I am in the process of getting information on potential companies/partners to start my Insurance career with. In doing so, I came across "1st Quality Insurance Group" They advertise themselves as a Virtual Franchise with no up front, or monthly cost. They would work with both Experienced and New agents. They work with a commission split of about 60/40. Agent owns the book.

I was wondering if anyone in the forum has heard of them or belongs to this franchise?
