They've been swamped with business for a yr but i've noticed the last 6 weeks has been terrible. Taking 7 days to put in force after approval.Lady told me today from the business close yesterday til business open today they got 485 apps. Most 24 hr periods running 1200-1500 apps. Thats more than 90% of Fe co's get in a month.

If you call them and ask to pull it out of the queue and take care of it most of the call-center people will do it for you.
