What type of product and what amount of coverage?

I had a thyroidectomy in 1997. Enlarged thyroid (goiter) which was deviating my wind pipe and no longer producing useful hormone. No malignancy. Permanently on Synthroid (thyroid replacement hormone).

Bought a life insurance policy a few months later. No issues. Can't imagine what issues there might be.
