hey guys, I’ve searched every thread I could to find my answer and nada. I’m starting a call center selling health and ancillaries. Starting with about 7-8 agents and 4-5 fronters. I’ve been talking with a company called National Health Solutions which they offer a call center in a box model. They help with contracting, licensing, compliance, leads etc....has anyone heard of them before? I went to visit them in South Florida and they have about 25 Call centers down there. Let me know? Also if not, are there other companies like that?
 
I clicked on the link and doesn’t really answer my question, but thanks bud. That’s the info. For the marketplace and cms.gov. I’m talking about having a call center year round that does short-term, indemnity and ancillary products.
 
Glad that you have experience. Keep in mind that many major medical carriers are not paying commissions now. Good luck man!
 
Of course not that’s why we sell short term and indemnity plans loaded up with ancillaries
