...have no diagnosed health problems..... I will probably have more expensive surgeries this year.

Kind of like going to a bank and telling the loan officer, "my credit is very good except for a bankrupcy last year".

I would modify that. More like saying. "My credit is excellent, and I anticipate filing for bankruptcy by the end of the year."
