Health Lead In New York

I got an email from someone wanting to buy health insurance in New York. I don't sell health insurance and I'm willing to give this lead to anyone.

Here is what her email says.

I just recently quit my job in order to return to school part time and I am in need of health insurance. I was interested in catastrophic plans due to their low cost. I am young, healthy and rarely if ever in a year need to go to the doctor. However, I fear that if in serious accident (car, skiing, etc) I may need coverage. I live in Brooklyn, NY and was hoping you might be able to direct me to an insurance agent that could successfully research a worth-while plan for someone in my situation. I am looking for a plan that will cover me for the next year - 18 months, after that, I will be enrolled in school full time and be able to obtain the schools health insurance.
