Health Plan for frequent traveler

I travel a lot and would like a plan that has an extensive national network. Most of the ACA plans I looked at seemed to only have in-state providers. I also looked at UHC's Core Access plans, but it turns out that they are not ACA-compliant and I won't want to be stuck paying a tax penalty. I'm also seeing that the large companies I've had individual plans with in the past are no longer offering individual plans. I can use a VA, MA, or MD address for my application.
