Health producer comp bill flies through senate committe

It is outrageous- they are trying to blame the high cost of some personal insurance products on the commission of the agent and broker - as if we had anything to do with the premiums insurance companies decide to charge - just look at Obitemecare - agents get paid squat and the prices keep rising. The jackasses in DC are always looking to shift the blame for what the government screwed up onto someone else - someone who had NOTHING to do with the chaos they created when they decided to use Health Insurance as a vehicle to lure votes and wield power - most people could NEVER exist on straight performance commission -especially those clowns in Congress - yet they turn around and try to destroy the business of those who really DO work. It is absolutely outrageous.

I believe this is a good thing, especially within the context of push for transparency. Do not understand why someone would be against it. Disagree with the belief that this is a way to blame the broker/agent for the high cost of insurance. Use of carriers/tpa makes great sense, infrastructure is already built and the incremental cost would be very little compared to what an agent/broker would need to spend.
